My professional relationship with ETC began with a positive twist of fate.
I had been told my 2002 Saab® needed a new engine and had intended to call the dealership to get a new engine quote but my eyes were off on the Dexknows page and I ended up calling Don at ETC instead.
Don took the time to hear my problems and offered to look at the car for free if I had it towed to his shop. He could not believe the engine had failed and was more concerned with solving the challenge and learning than in making a buck. He was absolutely awesome.
I had my car towed that morning and by the end of the day he called me with the good news that it was the air conditioner compressor and not the motor knocking. What a relief. Since then I have only taken my car to Don. He is honest and knows everything about Saab®s and nice as well.
I love the family atmosphere of the shop and I never have to wait for my car or an appointment. His services are extremely cost competitive and he and his team have the customer for life philosophy that has earned my business.
Even though his shop is a far drive for me, I only go there as it gives me great peace of mind. It is a pleasure to do business with ETC.
