I found ETC after a misdiagnosis from the dealership and being way overcharged. Don fixed my car, worked with my warranty company, and has kept my Saab running in tip top condition. Talissa and Don always work around my schedule even in an emergency. Talissa does a great job running the office and maintaining the website. I am a loyal client to Euro Tech Colorado and wouldn’t take my Saab anywhere else for repairs.

I took my Saab 9-3 in after getting a dreaded “Gearbox Malfunction” on the dash rendering my car to a limited performance. Don was able to reset my computer system to normal and noticed my transmission fluid was black. He recommended a flush and conditioning and had my vehicle ready that night. My professional relationship with ETC began with a positive twist of fate.

I had been told my 2002 Saab® needed a new engine and had intended to call the dealership to get a new engine quote but my eyes were off on the Dexknows page and I ended up calling Don at ETC instead.

Don took the time to hear my problems and offered to look at the car for free if I had it towed to his shop. He could not believe the engine had failed and was more concerned with solving the challenge and learning than in making a buck. He was absolutely awesome.

I had my car towed that morning and by the end of the day he called me with the good news that it was the air conditioner compressor and not the motor knocking. What a relief. Since then I have only taken my car to Don. He is honest and knows everything about Saab®s and nice as well.

I love the family atmosphere of the shop and I never have to wait for my car or an appointment. His services are extremely cost competitive and he and his team have the customer for life philosophy that has earned my business.

Don has serviced our three Volvo’s since 1988.  Service has always been easy to schedule,  and work is completed correctly and on time.  If there is any issue or delay, Don or Talissa is on the phone with an update.  Don has been using and recommending BG products all the years I have been a customer.  My Volvo is a C70 coupe that I purchased with 4,000 miles, and currently has over 134,000 miles. Every oil change included BG oil additive.   While driving skiing this spring, I noticed some puffs of smoke when I was going downhill at the Eisenhower Tunnel.  I made the appointment already thinking the worst.  Don checked it out and told me the turbocharger had failed and he would check into the best replacement.  He called several days later and said that BG was going to cover the cost of the turbo repair $1,800.  This is the type of service that I have always received from Don.  Top notch products, personal service and they stand behind everything they do.  They even looked up all the paper work to send BG.  I have recommended them many times to people that drive the brands that they service.

While waiting at ETC for my turn (I had the day off and was in no hurry), I got to talking with Don and the customer ahead of me who’s oil change was almost finished. The customer mentioned a squeaking noise that happened under specific conditions. Don made a quick inspection of something around the front left brake rotor and within a few seconds said “Here’s your problem.” It is always a pleasure to see a master at work.

5 Stars! A month ago I took my Saab in for a quote and Don took the time to test drive my vehicle prior. Come to find out, the ‘necessary’ maintenance told by previous mechanics was NOT necessary, and most importantly, saved me $500-$1,000. Also, the quote was the exact amount at time of service. When does that ever happen? Never. Don is extremely knowledgable, thorough, and honest. I wish I would have found his establishment years ago!
